| The signing of the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement(RCEP)has brought vitality to free trade in the Asia-Pacific region.Various ports have opened more RCEP routes.How to make use of the leading role of RCEP to improve the layout of international routes of ports will become an important issue to promote the development of international trade of ports and upgrade the level of shipping services.However,due to the constraints of international trade,geopolitics,science and technology and other factors,port transportation network has been developing and changing,facing the new network environment,the traditional operation and research optimization model can not adapt to the market demand,can not provide accurate decision support for enterprises and governments.Therefore,based on the port container shipping network RCEP area as the research object,using the theory of complex network,layout of the structure characteristics and the network coordination was studied,aimed at the RCEP regional route network operation mechanism under the framework of a comprehensive system,formation and trade patterns for matching the regional route network layout.In order to form the overall cognition of the network,the topological characteristics of RCEP container transport network are firstly analyzed.Through the RCEP port service range of data collection and selection,combined with the airline capacity,vessel frequency and construct a weighted port network,through the network indicators,the structure characteristics of the regional network is analyzed,from the degree,clustering coefficient and average path length,indicators such as structure,summed up the characteristics of contamer transportation network as a whole and key nodes.The scale-free and small-world characteristics of RCEP route network are further confirmed by network fitting of indexes such as degree distribution and clustering coefficient distribution.Affected by the hub-andspoke mode of operation,the network as a whole has the phenomenon of rich people’s club,which presents different significant characteristics according to the scale of degree value.On this basis,to carry out the functions of ports in the regional network evaluation,based on the close degree of centricity,intermediary centricity,centricity,characteristic vector centricity centricity indexes such as the calculation of node on ports respectively to evaluate the function of its connectivity,hub,efficiency and development potential,and the different port function to sort centricity mode.As an important characteristic of network structure,this thesis further discusses the hierarchy of container transportation network.Based on the hierarchical decomposition method,the RCEP regional maritime network is divided into 10 levels,and the characteristic scales of different levels are summarized from the perspective of K-shell and K-core.On the other hand,to solve the problem of identification of key port under the multi-dimensional problem,through the statistics of dimension reduction method,according to the network hierarchy,hierarchy centricity index is put forward,further put forward comprehensive centricity measure method,node,which can identify the important port than traditional single factor analysis,new evaluation results are obtained,implements the comprehensive measure to the key port of regional network.In terms of the characteristics of network coordination layout,this thesis explores the driving effect of port line coordination on container shipping network.Combining the known connection mode,the mold structure RCEP container port network collaboration model,using the die body mining algorithm,on the route network model of network function characteristics were discussed,through a triple,quad,five yuan set of die bodies of digging and comparison,draw a 3-5(routes)connection between ports,This thesis defines a more diversified airline operation mode and explains the emergence of network airline organization and layered modularization.On the basis of previous research,the edge of LAN is predicted.The link prediction theory is used to estimate the connection of the regional network systematically,and the link prediction model is built based on the index of node centrality.The accuracy of link prediction of each Central Line is further compared,and the index with the highest accuracy is selected to optimize the route network layout.Four types(Salton,AA,RA and LRW)are selected from seven types of classical models.The link prediction model is obtained through the variation of these four indicators and the calculation formula of node centrality.Through computer simulation,it is found that LRW index based on hierarchical centrality has the highest accuracy.Finally,taking Shanghai Port as an example,an empirical study is carried out on the container shipping network in the RCEP region of Shanghai Port.The optimization scheme of Shanghai port route network layout is put forward from two aspects of frequency enhancement and mode improvement.In terms of frequency increase,27 foreign ports directly related to Shanghai port are extracted from the sample of new routes and sorted.It is found that Shanghai Port can give priority to add routes with Linchabang,Singapore,Port Klang,Xiamen and other ports.In terms of mode improvement,corresponding schemes are put forward from three ports and four ports’connectivity modes,so as to further improve the level of Shanghai port’s external connectivity.In general,this study will contribute to the optimization of China’s port route layout under the background of RCEP,and provide effective solutions for improving the service level and international competitiveness of China’s port and shipping enterprises,realizing active docking with RCEP,and further promoting international trade and international shipping. |
