Study Of Courtyard Historic Buildings Utilization Strategies Of Xishan Yongding River Cultural Belt Based On Potentials Assessment

As one of the three major cultural belts in Beijing,The Xishan Yongding River Cultural Belt is an important component of Beijing’s historical and cultural city.Due to various reasons,the courtyard historic buildings in the Xishan Yongding River Cultural Belt have been abandoned and improperly utilized.Therefore,protecting and utilizing the existing courtyard historic buildings in the Xishan Yongding River Cultural Belt has become an urgent problem to be solved.The thesis analyzes the characteristics of courtyard historic buildings in the Xishan Yongding River Cultural Belt.By analyzing the internal and external factors that affect their utilization,a regional theoretical system for evaluating the potential of courtyard historic buildings is systematically constructed,which is of great significance for proposing key strategies for regional and courtyard historic buildings in the next development stage.In terms of theoretical research,by analyzing the internal and external elements of the environment and noumenon of courtyard historic buildings,explore a systematic research method for evaluating the utilization potential and development strategies of regional courtyard historic buildings;In terms of application research,7 regional development types,and 3 architectural development directions were identified through the evaluation and grading of internal and external factors.Through coupling analysis,five classification strategies for regional development and architectural utilization,as well as functional selection recommendations for16 courtyard-style historical buildings,were ultimately identified.The main content of the paper research is as follows:(1)Research Overview and Research Review:By analyzing the research background and focusing on the utilization of historic buildings,it is determined to take the courtyard historic buildings in the Xishan Yongding River Cultural Belt as the research object.Through basic research and domestic and foreign research reviews,it is clear that the research focus of the paper is on the utilization of courtyard historic buildings in the Xishan Yongding River Cultural Belt from a regional perspective.(2)Research on the Characteristics of Courtyard Historic Buildings in the Xishan Yongding River Cultural BeltThrough field research,literature research,and other research methods,this chapter of dissertation analyzes the environmental characteristics and architectural noumenon characteristics of the courtyard historic buildings along the Xishan Yongding River Cultural Belt.Structural feature analysis by GIS lays the foundation for the next step of internal and external elements and comprehensive evaluation.(3)Construction of a regional courtyard historic building utilization evaluation system with "internal and external coupling"Based on the mutual influence and constraint relationship between the environment and the building itself,starting from its distribution,environmental characteristics,and architectural preservation state,and from the impact of internal and external factors on its utilization,a regional courtyard-style historical building utilization potential evaluation system based on the coupling relationship between internal and external factors has been constructed,providing a methodology for gradually forming utilization strategies.(4)Evaluation of external elements of courtyard historic buildings based on suitability evaluationFocusing on the environmental characteristics of courtyard historic buildings from a regional perspective,construct an external factor evaluation system that is based on ecological resources,cultural resources,and supporting conditions.The suitability evaluation method is used to evaluate the external elements of the Xishan Yongding River Cultural Belt,dividing them into extremely 5 potential zones,and proposing 7 improvement strategies and development timing.(5)Evaluation of internal elements of courtyard historic buildings based on cloud modelFocusing on the ontological characteristics of "value-status ",an internal element evaluation system for courtyard buildings was constructed based on this.Based on the normal cloud model method,these three-dimensional indicators were quantitatively measured using MATLAB programming and were categorized into interpretive,spatial,and expansive utilization methods.Divide it into 5 levels using the GIS.(6)Coupling evaluation and comprehensive strategy of internal and external factorsThrough a coupling model and dual-factor analysis of internal and external factors,a comprehensive evaluation is conducted to determine the coordination level,and 10 external lags,6 internal lags,and 30 synchronous types are identified.Based on the dual factor evaluation,a two-dimensional matrix is constructed for coupling analysis.Finally,5classification development strategies and 16 functional suggestions for the courtyard historic buildings in the Xishan Yongding River Cultural Belt are proposed to provide a reference basis for functional selection and design.
