Study On The Present Situation And Development Trend Of Labor Supply And Demand In Anhui Construction Industry

With the transformation of China’s population scale and structure,the increase of labor supply has been greatly reduced,and the construction industry,as the pillar industry of the economy,began to face the imbalance of labor supply and demand at the earliest.Anhui province is a province with large population and resources and a strong construction economy.The shortage of construction labor supply and the increase of demand are bound to bring a series of industrial problems.Therefore,it is necessary to make a good forecast of labor supply and demand and formulate corresponding policies in advance to deal with the problems caused by the contradiction between supply and demand.This article first describes analyzes the current situation of labor supply and demand of the construction industry in anhui province,from the perspective of labor supply points out that the overall construction employment population in anhui province have been rising,and with a predominantly male,ageing labor force,the characteristics of the low level of education,and the population of anhui male sex ratio decreasing year by year,population aging situation intensifies,The number of years of education per capita continues to rise,which for the construction industry with low access threshold,the effective supply of migrant workers in the construction industry will continue to decline.From the point of view of the demand for Labour,Labour demand in anhui construction industry growth,and the province’s construction to increase output value accounted for about 10% than GDP in all the year round,this suggests that construction in anhui province scale continues to expand,with construction of the labor force demand continues to rise,through the labor demand quantity analysis,the present construction in anhui province labor supply and demand imbalance phenomenon did not happen,However,the downward trend of construction labor supply and the increasing trend of demand in Anhui province will inevitably lead to the imbalance of construction labor supply and demand in the future.In this paper,the quantity of labor supply and demand in anhui construction industry is predicted from the supply end and the demand end,and the stock-flow model of labor supply and multiple linear regression model of labor demand are constructed respectively.The quantity of construction labor supply and demand in anhui province from 2021 to2030 is calculated by using GM（1,1）grey forecasting model.It is found that in the next 10 years,the construction labor supply in anhui province shows a trend of slow rise at first and then decline,and the labor demand keeps rising with an annual average increase of1.63%.The imbalance between supply and demand will increase,with the labor demand gap accounting for 18.43% of the labor supply by 2030.According to the above analysis results,this paper puts forward some policy suggestions,such as improving the job attraction,strengthening the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry,and improving the per capita labor productivity,to improve the labor supply of the construction industry,reduce the labor demand of the construction industry,and ensure the benign reform of the labor demand structure of the construction industry.Figure [13] table [17] reference [68]...
