The Reasearch On The Formation Of Market Economy Freedom

Freedom is one of the most basic moral concepts of market economy.Starting from Marx’s discussion on the relationship between capital and freedom,this paper focuses on three kinds of specific freedoms necessary in the process of market economy:personal freedom;freedom of migration;and freedom of trade,trying to reveal how they formed in the process of market economy.The paper is divided into four parts,first of all,Marx’s understanding of freedom and its formation;second,the formation of personal freedom;third,the emergence of freedom of movement;finally,the formation of freedom of trade.Marx expounded the relationship between capitalism and freedom from the perspective of capital.In his view,freedom is a necessary condition for the existence of capitalism,and also a prerequisite for the conversion of money into capital.Commodity exchange contains the stipulation of freedom and equality,so when the commodity economy develops,once the economic relations and concepts are formed,they will affect the formation of the concept of freedom and equality at all levels of society,and promote these freedom to form various specific norms.The development of commodity economy promotes the birth of personal freedom-Personal freedom not only refers to the judicial restrictions on personal freedom,but also refers to people’s freedom of will to decide whether to exchange goods.In the pre capitalist era,people do not have personal freedom.Personal freedom is the result of the game between the civil class and feudal lords,church lords after the development of commodity economy.The development of commodity economy promotes the emergence of freedom of migration.In the feudal society,even if a person has personal freedom,he is still firmly bound to the land.Marx believed that the conversion of money into capital,in addition to requiring personal freedom,must also include the freedom of migration needed by the peasants to sell labor force from the land to the market.The requirement of freedom of migration is not only the requirement of workers for survival,but also the requirement of city businessmen to buy labor and trade goods.Various historical facts show that the development of commodity economy promotes the formation of freedom of migration.The formation of trade freedom is also due to the development of commodity economy.The way of capital obtaining raw materials and the realization of surplus value cannot leave the circulation link.Through the study of social history,the formation of trade freedom is a complex historical process.The development of commodity economy leads to the formation of trade freedom.
