The sacrifices of the Emperor and the Princes were lost, and it recorded the rituals of the grand master(大夫)and serviceman(士)to worship their ancestors in the temple systematically in YiLi.This article focuses on the"Te Sheng Kui Shi Li(特牲馈食礼)","Shao Lao Kui Shi Li(少牢馈食礼)"and"You Si(有司)",which uses the methods of explaining the rules of the scriptures, drawing and dividing the chapters comprehensively, and it also uses the scriptures to understand the scriptures and solve the difficult problems therein. Here are some excerpts from the chapters:This study focuses on the three core rituals of temple sacrifices from chapter one to chapter three, including the ritual of"Shi(尸)"coming to eat,the three rituals of pouring wine on Shi,and"the thank-you ceremonies that the people attend(旅酬)".Chapter one,The Etiquette of"Shi"Coming to Eat.The temple festival begins with eating,so the first ritual is"Shi"coming to eat.In the sacrifice of grand master and serviceman, there is no need to sacrifice the juice of the pork and there is no need to just take a taste,so the three mouthfuls of rice eaten by the"Shi"are continuous. The order that the"Shi"eats the four bones of the animal’s body should be that firstly the positive ridge is eaten, then the positive flank, which is from top to bottom;next the body is taken, and finally shoulder body is taken, which is from back to front. When the priests held the sacrifice, the three bones left on the table were the Zheng Ji,the long Lei and the Nao bone. The three bones left on the table were the short, the surrogate and the Zheng Lei bone.Chapter two: The master, his wife, and the elder of the guest each bring wine to the "Shi".The master pours wine for the "Shi" with the "Jiao(角)".The wife poured wine for the "Shi" with "jue(爵)",and the two cups were actually the same. The first time the owner gave wine to the "Shi",called "bun",because the "Shi" had to rinse his mouth after eating, and let him digest the food to make him feel happy. The wife gave wine to the "Shi" for the second time,in two places. One is to take a wine glass at the window of the house, and the other is to take a wine glass on the east side outside the window. And it is possible to exchange wine glasses on the windows of the house. After the elder in the guest offered the "Shi" wine, the "Shi" ordered the cup to be put down, which was an attempt to perform God’s favor in the bedroom. When others brought wine to the "Shi" and when they entertained the "Shi" in the hall, the "Shi" ordered the cup to be put down,in order to perform God’s favor in court.Chapter three examines the etiquette of drinking with each other. There are three main points in the system of drinking each other, which are the person who takes the"Zhi(觯)",the"Zhi"used to drink, and the order in which to drink."Xiang Yin Jiu(乡饮酒)","Xiang She Li(乡射)","Yan Li(燕礼)","Da She(大射)"and the etiquette of treating"Shi"as guests,in these etiquette, everyone drinks directly in the order of honor and inferiority. However, the ritual of"special sacrifice"and not treating"Shi"is the drinking ritual of the temple ceremony, which is intertwined drinking. The article points out that the first half of the reciprocal drinking etiquette has a count of times, and the second half of the drinking is unordered. It was demonstrated that although low-ranking doctors do not treat"Shi",they should also hold drinking ceremonies in the court. The distinction between"Mean"says that"the ritual of drinking to each other is the same as the superiors and subordinates",referring to nobles who drink each other regardless of status. And"the ritual of drinking to each other is the same as that of superiors and subordinates,so they can include everyone",referring to the ritual of drinking without order in temple ceremonies.Successive drinking rituals may include disorderly drinking rituals.Chapter four draws 16 diagrams of eating items. The scale of the utensils, the length of the straw mat and the arrangement method of the objects are the key to drawing the layout map of the objects." Dou(豆)" are the core of the item. The diameter of "Dou" is one foot. The table was one foot wide and two feet long.Do not place items beyond the mat.The placement of "Dou" should be connected to each other."Dou" is between the outside of the bean,"Dou Festival" is sacrificed on the outside of the bean, and "Sacrifice between Dou" is sacrificed in front between two Dou."Essentials" refers to more than three tables, which should be placed in a square.Chapter five examines the division of chapters and sentences of "Te Sheng," "Shao Lao," and "You Si" as a whole. From the Tang to the Song Dynasty, the consciousness of dividing chapters was clearer, the outline was stricter, and the characteristics of decomposition, synthesis, correction and supplementation were presented. And there are always 10 differences in the chapters divided into each dynasty, and the reason for the disagreement is that it is not clear that the upper and lower texts can be understood each other, that the beginning and end of the liturgy are not clear, and that the meaning of the scriptures themselves is not understood.Chapter six implements the Book of Rites and understands that Zheng Xuan’s statement that adults have"Yin Yan(阴厌)"and"Yang Yan(阳厌)"is consistent with the connotation of the scriptures. It proves that the"twenty-one bone bodies"injected into the animal’s body should be taken from the"Bi(髀)",not"Que(觳)".Zheng Xuan’s notes explain that the items on the table are"three bodies, and the lowly must also have"positive",and this"positive"character does not mean"positive body",but"positive number".Although the person who helps has a humble status, there must be three bones on the table to conform to etiquette. Therefore, the"hip"is an"orthodox"bone body, and the"hip"is only a complete bone body, not a"orthodontic body".
