the reading and acceptance of the editorial of the Party newspaper in the period of the new-democratic revolution,is an exploration of the practice of the news theory of the Communist Party of China in a specific period and region,and can also better understand the development process and laws of the centennial news communication of the Communist Party of China.The establishment,construction and consolidation of the Chin-Cha-Chi Border Region not only made great contributions to the complete victory of China’s Anti Japanese War,but also created the embryonic form of China’s new-democratic
