governance system other than the socialist system and national governance system with Chinese characteristics has been able to create such a miracle as the rapid economic development and long-term social stability achieved by our country in such a short period of time ".In the process of modernization,the "Chinese miracle" is not only the rapid development of productivity in the economic base,i.e.,long-term medium-to high-speed economic growth and rapid increase in economic volume;it is also the continuous transformation in the superstructure,i.e.,the overall progress of the modern state,modern economy and modern society.In understanding the "Chinese miracle",we should break through the purely economic understanding and start from the socialist system with Chinese characteristics,and explore the "miracle of development" of China’s economy while exploring the hidden political and social miracle of China behind the modern development.Since the reform and opening up,the market-oriented economic reform has brought about the vigorous development of the private economy,and private entrepreneurs have become an important force in promoting the economic "development miracle.According to Western development theories,private entrepreneurs are a group prone to induce political changes and a potential threat to the stability of the political order.The CPC,on the other hand,has achieved long-term economic and social stability and development by harnessing the logic of private capital through the political and economic systems of socialism with Chinese characteristics,effectively coping with the ideological transformation,class differentiation and conflict of interests brought about by the market economy.Among them,the CPC’s united front work for private entrepreneurs has played an important role,which not only consolidates the mass base of the Party’s rule,but also enhances the Party’s governing performance and plays an active role in achieving dynamic stability in Chinese politics and society.At the same time,the united front work for private entrepreneurs is conducive to guiding the healthy growth of the private economy and private entrepreneurs,and plays an important function in preventing the "accumulation of poverty" under the logic of capital and realizing the sharing of the fruits of development by the people.Thus,the united front work of the Chinese Communist Party for private entrepreneurs provides a new research perspective for understanding the "Chinese miracle" and "Chinese solution".Since the reform and opening up,the Communist Party of China has broken through the ideological restrictions of the private economy,and the non-public economy,including the private economy,has undergone a transformation from acquiescence to legal status,from a "useful supplement" to an "important component".The theoretical understanding has gradually developed the ideas of "two unshakable","two equal" and "three equal".Changes in productivity and production relations inevitably bring about changes in the ideology of the superstructure and the political system.The Party’s understanding of private entrepreneurs has changed from "no new bourgeoisie will be created" to "socialist builders" to "new social class" to "our own people",and has formed the united front work ideology with the theme of "two health" and the policy of "trust,unity,service,guidance and education".In the practice of reform and opening up for more than 40 years,five major parts of the united front work for private entrepreneurs have been gradually formed: promoting the development of private economy by formulating specific policies to fundamentally gain the recognition of private entrepreneurs for the socialist system and road with Chinese characteristics;absorbing private entrepreneurs with greater social influence by broadening the channels of political participation of private entrepreneurs;realizing the party in the private economy through the construction of party organizations of private enterprises through the construction of private enterprise party organizations to achieve effective leadership and integration of the Party in the field of private economy;through ideological and political education of private entrepreneurs to guide the ideological condition and value orientation of entrepreneurs;through the construction of a new type of political and business relationship to regulate the political and business behavior in the united front work.The practice of the united front work of the Communist Party of China for more than 40 years has achieved great results,the level of political participation of private entrepreneurs has been improving,their ideological and moral quality has improved significantly,and the private economy and private entrepreneurs have achieved healthy development.From the party’s long-term practice of united front work,we are able to draw some basic lessons,to adhere to the party’s leadership on the basis of better play the initiative of the united front objects.We should insist on doing a good job in the ideological and political education of private entrepreneurs and coordinating class interests,especially labor-management relations.At the same time,we should also pay attention to the interests of private entrepreneurs,and truly unite people’s hearts and minds to achieve the "great unity" of the united front.However,the formulation and implementation of any system or policy are not perfect.Through the survey and interviews with private entrepreneurs in Chengdu,we can see that the united front work of the Party for private entrepreneurs is facing some real problems.They are highlighted in the level of political participation of private entrepreneurs to be improved,the spirit of innovation and commitment of private entrepreneurs to be further cultivated,and the new type of government-business relationship to be further constructed.The reason for this is that the united front work of private entrepreneurs has problems at the level of understanding,mechanism and method carrier.To further improve the united front work of private entrepreneurs in the new era,it is necessary to start from the ideological and theoretical level,the institutional policy level and the organizational means level,requiring the whole society to correct the cognitive bias towards private entrepreneurs,the united front work departments and the academic community to actively carry out field research,scientifically grasp the new changes and new characteristics of the emergence of private entrepreneurs,further develop the forward-looking theory of the united front work of private entrepreneurs.And in the actual united front work,we should further improve the relevant legal system and strengthen the effect of the united front work with institutionalization and rule of law construction.At the same time,we should strengthen the construction of the united front work organization,make full use of the advantages of new media and the Internet,actively innovate the means of work,and improve the level and efficiency of the united front work.
