Study On The United Front Work Of Private Colleges And Universities In Shaanxi Province

In the party's 19's report,president Jinping Xi said that the united front is an important weapon of victory in the cause of the party,we have to hold high patriotism and socialist flags,to hold on to the theme of unity,to uphold uniformity and diversity,and finally find the greatest number to draw the most concentric circles.The united front of China which the Communist party combined with the guidance of marxism-leninism theory and the real conditions of China,playing a vital role in China's new democratic revolution period,socialist revolution period,socialist construction period.In the new era of socialism,the comprehensive national strength has become the key to competition.However,this competition is actually talent competition.Whereas universities are the base of cultivating talents,it is important of higher talents' development.As president Jinping Xi said in the meeting of the ideological and political work of universities that the relationship between ideological and political work in universities is to cultivate people.The fundamental problem of how to cultivate people and cultivating people for whom,this means that universities have a great mission in the rise of the country,national rejuvenation,social progress and cultural prosperity.Also,universities are the gathering place of the outside intellectuals,and it is of great significance to strengthen the united front work in universities to consolidate and expand the broadest patriotic united front.With the deepening of education reform in our country,private colleges also gradually development as an integral part of education system,they undertake the task of cultivating national higher talents and strengthen the united front work of private colleges and universities also has very important theory value and practical significance together with universities.This work is established on the base of consulting a large number of documents,combing with development venation about the history of united front work in different periods,summarizes the connotation,function and significance of united front work and time value.However,due to the environment of private collages' united front work has become complex,Several problems has been found through the survey of 18 private collages,such as the work mechanism is not well-developed,etc.The author put forward three aspects to solve the problems existing in the united front in the process of private colleges in shaanxi province.The main purpose of this work is to promote the unification of the universities in shaanxi province and even the whole country.
