| The party's cadre education is a kind of social activity that retrains cadres at their posts according to the need of society. It regards Party and government officials, enterprises, all types of cadres on the job of public institution as the target of training, and its basic contents are improving the cadres' levels of politics, theory, culture and professional qualifications. It is a part of the work of cadres of the Communist Party, also is a kind of form of education, which closely combines and unifies the work of cadres and educational work organically.The leading cadres are the pillar of the Party, and the key that the Party's cause succeeds, just like what Stalin said: The cadre was the most valuable and the most marginal capital of all valuable capitals in the world, the cadres decides everything. To establish in an unassailable position in the fierce international competition, the modernization of socialism with Chinese characteristics wants to be consolidated and developed, the key lies in the Communist Party of China in power, lies in whether the Communist Party of China can educate and train the batches of demands for development which represents China's advanced productivity, represents direction of advanced culture, represents the basic benefit of the masses of China. And growth of cadre of party depends on construction of contingent of cadres leaning against external management and system and by inherent education, and education is the inter-media and bridge of the two factors. So, it has importance of cadre education in cadres' contingent building.The Communist Party of China has always paid attention to it's own cadre's education. The Communist Party of China considers cadre education as its own struggle guiding principle as a great political task from the day emerging, and put into practice. In October 1949, the Communist Party of China set up a new China through the bitter end of 28 years struggle. Since then, the Communist Party of China has been leading the party not only in office of armed struggle to turn into national regime of wielding, but also leading the party in power of national construction. Facing the new environment and task, everything is waiting to be taken up, situation to be cited of all trades, the Communist Party of China should finish its own strategic task and historical mission, on one hand it should depend on the correct route, policy, policy of the party, on the other it should be competent at leading cadres at all levels of party that builds task of strenuous country by carrying out these principles and policies correctly. This should improve the educational level of cadres rapidly, improve its Marxist political theoretical knowledge, educate them to be familiar with science and technology of the modernized great production and managerial knowledge, make them to be experts who leads national economic construction who not only strengthen the correct political orientation but also have genuine talent. Then, the Communist Party of China raised a vigorous cadre education and study upsurge in the early days of foundation.This text makes an overall study on the party's cadre education of the Communist Party of China deeply from 1949 to 1956.
