The Research About How To Use Socialist Core Value To Improve Strength Of Cadre Leadership

This research focus on how to use socialist core value to improve cadreleadership in the public relation education view. In fact, the relationship betweensocialist core value and cadre leadership should be organic unified, but in practice,this unity is often fragmented. This is mainly due to the shortage of educationmechanism of using socialist core value to improve cadre leadership. In thecondition of economy and information society, if we want to take reality andsustainable achievement of the ideological and political education activities to thecadres, we must construct the modern education system which based on the corevalues and systematic system. Then, the public relation education is this kind ofoverall, systematic, collaborative education system. In this kind of view, we shouldestablish and perfect the education mechanism under the world, country, partysituation--"wide public relation" environment; establish and perfect the educationmechanism which adapt to the social basic needs; carry out the practical activities inthe party, enable the strength of socialist core value to integrate in the process ofperforming the strength of cadre leadership entirely, and then promote the cadreleadership.
