The psychological quality of college students is an important aspect of their ideological and political qualities,and the purpose of psychological education is to achieve the comprehensive development of college students.The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that "developing quality education and promoting educational fairness".College students with psychological crisis are a special group of college students that deserves special attention.Their psychological health status is not only related to their own happiness,but also to the quality of talent cultivation in universities.It is also related to the harmony and stability of our society,and is one of the important objects of ideological and political work in universities.The current mechanism of psychological education in universities is applicable to all students,and lacks targeted response to the group of students facing psychological crises.In order to achieve "refinement of work and precision of education" in psychological education in universities,and comprehensively improve the ideological and political qualities of students in psychological crisis,it is necessary to construct a mechanism for psychological education in universities that is oriented towards students in psychological crisis.Constructing a psychological education mechanism for students facing psychological crisis in universities requires theoretical resources such as Marxist human theory,Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era and psychological theory.Through literature research and empirical investigation,it has been found that although the overall state of psychological education for students facing psychological crisis in universities in China is good and has achieved certain results,there are still some problems.One is the lack of psychological education courses for students facing psychological crisis;Secondly,there is a lack of targeted arrangement of psychological education practice activities for students with psychological crises;Thirdly,the effectiveness of psychological counseling services provided to students with psychological crises is insufficient;Fourthly,the prevention and intervention system for students’ psychological crisis is not sound enough;The fifth issue is that the psychological education platform for students facing psychological crisis is not fully guaranteed.In response to the above issues,this study elaborates on the main content of the psychological education mechanism for students facing psychological crisis in universities from the aspects of connotation,function,construction principles,constituent elements,internal structure,and operating conditions,and on this basis,demonstrates the construction strategies of this mechanism.The specific construction measures include:introducing the construction of a life education micro course education teaching mechanism for students facing psychological crisis from three aspects:the analysis mechanism of learning situation in constructing life education micro courses,the design mechanism of constructing life education micro courses,and the development,implementation,and evaluation mechanism of constructing life education micro courses.This article introduces the construction of a practical activity mechanism that integrates "decentralized experience,centralized sharing,and individual evaluation" from three aspects:building a participation mechanism for decentralized experience,building a centralized anonymous sharing mechanism,and building an individualized practical evaluation mechanism.This article introduces the construction of a counseling service mechanism for college psychological education for students in psychological crisis from three aspects:establishing a standardized mechanism for psychological counseling,establishing a mutual assistance mechanism for peer counseling,and establishing a supervision mechanism for counselors.This article introduces the construction of a prevention and intervention mechanism for psychological crisis among college students from three aspects:constructing a prevention mechanism for screening and early warning,constructing a monitoring mechanism for response and disposal,and constructing a feedback mechanism for referral and tracking.This article introduces the construction of a platform guarantee mechanism for psychological education work in universities targeting students in psychological crisis from three aspects:the incentive mechanism for building personnel teams,the improvement mechanism for building institutional facilities,and the standardized mechanism for building regulations and systems.
