Systematic Analysis And Management Strategy Study On-Psychological Crisis Behaviors Of Chinese College Students

Preventing psychological crisis and helping college students recover from crisis is an urgent issue concerning college students' psychological health,their family wellbeing,the development of higher education and the harmony and stability of the society.With the rapid development of economy,the conditions in which college students grow are becoming increasingly complex and uncertain and the psychological crisis of college students are showing new characteristics and tendencies,which bring about new requirements on the theories and methods of intervention of psychological crisis in higher education and new challenges to the old concepts and strategies of mental health management of college students.At present,extensive researches on the psychological crisis of college students are conducted in China.Specialized field is formed in terms of prevention and intervention,and rapid progress is made on health management.However,a lot of researches are needed to made on the theoretical and methodological researches of psychological crisis of college students.In recent years,the theory of vulnerability,self-organization theory and rough set theory were widely applied in the fields of ecology,engineering,economics and disaster prevention science,providing a new paradigm,unique method and entry point for the study of psychological crisis of college students.Based on this background,this paper puts forward the concept of vulnerability of the psychological crisis of college students,which extends the connotation of vulnerability and enriches the theory of psychological crisis.The multiple states of presentations of vulnerability are described.The"hemp rope" model of college students' vulnerability of psychological crisis is established.Its driving mechanism is analyzed through multi-disciplinary integrations.A mining method to obtain the key index of crisis vulnerability is proposed to analyze its accretion by rough set theory.Based on the empirical research of factor analysis and case analysis,measures on college students'mental health management are put forward and systematic thinking on strategies for early warning and prevention of psychological crisis behavior are made.The main research and conclusions are as follows:(1)The behavioral system of psychological crises of college students is defined.The evolution process of vulnerability of psychological crises behavior is interpreted through self-organization theory.The vulnerability presents in two symptoms:recessive and dominant ones.The transformation of the vulnerability is a self-organizing process.It is concluded from the questionnaire survey on the presentation of vulnerability of ordinary college students that the majority are in the uncertain middle state of vulnerability although they appear healthy.(2)By building the "hemp rope" model of vulnerability,this paper puts forward three different driving effects of vulnerability on the base of system breakdown mechanism.The occurrence mechanism of psychological crisis is analyzed and the driving factors is studied by defining the analysis dimensions of hemp rope theory.(3)In view of the information uncertainty and data incompleteness in the process of crisis prevention and control,a model of rough set theory on restricting dominance relation is constructed and a new model of decision-making analysis is proposed to obtain early warning key indexes to objectively recognize and prevent psychological crisis.(4)In the case of early warning elements analysis in a university in Anhui province,14 key indexes on the vulnerability of psychological crisis are identified.Base on analysis of three typical cases of college students,it is concluded that the crisis vulnerability presents in different forms in different students and exists in the whole process of the crisis.(5)Systematic thinking is made on strategies to prevent psychological crisis of college students.It is proposed to have education on the mental health of college students,establish multi-level crisis prevention and control network and intelligent crisis early warning system and start all-round crisis intervention mode to achieve the early warning and effective prevention and control of college students' psychological crisis and transform the uncertain vulnerability of the crisis into the vitality of college students' growth.
