| Campus interpersonal environment of ideological and political education is sum of all campus interpersonal factors who takes the education of ideological and political education as the center.As an independent,complete and complex system,the interpersonal environment has particularity.The focus of this research is but how does the interpersonal environment has an impact on the education,what impact will it have,and how to optimize the interpersonal environment to better realize the purpose of environmental education to enhance the effectiveness.The basic problem of the research is to clarify the connotation,constituent elements and characteristics of the interpersonal environment.The interpersonal environment has different connotations from interpersonal relationships,although it is based on the latter one,however,the interpersonal environment emphasizes that education are surroundedand affected by the sum of all campus interpersonal factors and is the result of the interpersonal relationship,which has an impact on the ideological and political education.The constituent elements of it mainly refer to the main bodys,forms and motivations.There are various forms and motivations of the interpersonal environment,it varies amongdifferent interpersonal environments.The characteristics of it is a specific category,thecoexistence of openness and controllability,the unity of interaction and emotion,and thedynamic and permeable peers are some notable characteristics of it.The basis of the study is the Marxist theory of the dialectical relationship between man and the environment,the essence of man is the sum of all social relations,the dialectical relationship between social existence and social consciousness,and human needs.To put it simply,it isprecisely because man is the product of the environment,and the environment is a kind of social existence who determines social consciousness,at the same time,man essentially cannot be separated from complex interpersonal relationships.Naturally,there is a need for communication.Therefore,the interpersonal environment will profoundly restrict the educators and educated;it is precisely because people can act under the guidance of their own consciousness to create environment,and people’s needs produce social relations.Therefore,it is possible to optimize the interpersonal environment.The focus of the research is to reveal the influence of the interpersonal environment,but it involves a lot,we can only focus on the impact on the core elements of the education process.The interpersonal environment is based on communions and ideological and political education is also a special kind of communion.Therefore,the core elements of the education process can be divided from the perspective of communicative epistemology.From this perspective,the educators and educated are the main elements,the content of education is the object element,and the method of education is the media elements.Therefore,to analyze the influence is mainly to study the law and process of the influence on the four elements.The influence on educators is mainly reflected in their qualities and functions.The influence on educated is mainly reflected in their qualities.The influence on the content is mainly reflected in political,ideological,moral,psychological and legal education,andthe influence on methods mainly refers to the understanding,implementation and assess methods.The interpersonal environment will act on the above four parts respectively.Exploring the current situation of the construction is very important.At present,some achievements have been made,these achievements are manifested through the levels of educators,educated,education content and education methods.At the same time,thereare also problems in the construction,such as the construction objectives are notthree-dimensional enough,the construction content is not comprehensive enough,the construction methods are not diverse enough,and the scientific evaluation system has not been established.The achievements have provided a successful experience for further optimizing the interpersonal environment.The key
