Research On Improving Affinity Of Ideological And Political Education

Since the 18 th National Congress of the Party,General Secretary Xi Jinping has attached great importance to ideological and political work,and has made important instructions on the reform and innovation of ideological and political education for many times.Among them,the General Secretary Xi Jinping stressed at the National Conference on Ideological and Political Work in Colleges and universities: “We should improve the affinity and pertinence of ideological and political education to meet the needs and expectations of students’ growth and development”.The general Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out at the symposium of teachers of ideological and political theory courses in schools: “To promote the reform and innovation of ideological and political courses,we must constantly enhance the ideological level,theoretical property,affinity and pertinence of ideological and political courses.” These important statements provide fundamental guidelines for ideological and political education reform and innovation,and jointly point to the important trend of ideological and political education reform and innovation,that is,to enhance the affinity of ideological and political education.The conceptual connotation of affinity in ideological and political education means that,in the sense of the humanistic paradigm of ideological and political education,both educators and educatees take the content and method of ideological and political education as the medium,and unify “emotional love” and “rational knowledge”as the principle.On the basis of following the law of education,the “cognitive and emotional distance” between the educators and educatees,the educatees and the content of education is exceeded,so as to establish the “approachable force” between the educators and the educatees,and between the educatees and the ideological and theoretical content taught.This “approachable force” helps to “build the ideological and political theory course into an excellent course that students truly love,lifelong benefit and unforgettable throughout their lives”.This “approachable force”,as the original driving force for ideological and political education,helps to innovate the concept and model of ideological and political education,enhance the scientificity,pertinence and effectiveness of ideological and political education,enhance the theoretical identification,emotional identification and value identification of ideological and political theories of educatees,and guide the educatees accepting the content of ideological and political education,taking ideological and political theories as guidelines,establishing a correct world outlook,outlook on life and values,and growing into a new person of the era that shoulder the great responsibility of national rejuvenation.The principle of affinity generation of ideological and political education includes three layers: First,the principle of “motivation needs activation” of educational subjects,that is,ideological and political education produces affinity for ideological and political education through the "motivation need activation" of the educatees by the educators.Second,the principle of “organic symbiosis of elements” in the educational process,that is,educational elements such as educational subject,educational content,educational method,and educational environment in ideological and political education break the external opposition to each other and realize mutual symbiosis,thus forming the affinity of ideological and political education.Third,the principle of “receiving psychological awakening” of the educatees,that is,the educators wake up the value identification psychology of the educatees on the basis of following the psychological law of receiving the educatees,and finally achieve the educational effect of enhancing the affinity of ideological and political education.There are five main problems in improving the affinity of ideological and political education.The “alienation” of individual educational subjects restricts the appeal;The“abstractness” of some educational contents restricts the experiential power;The“singleness” of individual educational methods restricts the infectivity;The“complexity” of local educational environment restricts the influence;The “preference”of some educatees restricts the inter drive force.There are mainly five ways to improve the affinity of ideological and political education.First,the path of "humanized care" for educational subjects.Through adhering to the “people-oriented” education concept,cultivating “curriculum ideology and politics” education concept,building “service education” affinity consciousness,establishing “sustainable development” education concept,carrying out “personality charm” self-shaping and using “simple discourse expressing profound truth”,realizing the path of “humanized care” of the subject of education;Second,the path of “lifeoriented presentation” of educational content.By extracting fresh educational content from social practice,extracting vivid educational content from Chinese excellent traditional culture,and extracting stepped educational content from different growth stages,the structure of educational content is optimized,the path of “life-oriented presentation” of educational content is realized;Third,the path of “flexible application”of educational methods.Using the constructive affinity teaching method,the penetrative affinity teaching method and the interactive affinity teaching method to realize the “flexible application” path of educational methods;Fourth,the path of“contextualization shaping” of educational environment.By creating a clean and friendly new media environment,participating in the creation of experiential affinity context,and expanding the affinity space of ideological and political education,the path of “contextualization shaping” of educational environment is realized.Fifth,the path of “fine construction” of the guarantee mechanism.By constructing the system mechanism of “three-wide education” affinity,establishing a scientific affinity evaluation mechanism,perfecting the system affinity supervision and incentive mechanism,the path of “fine construction” of the guarantee mechanism is realized.
