The affinity of ideological and political education in colleges and universities is that colleges and universities adhering to the concept of "people-oriented" optimize the ideological and political education activities continuously so that they have a sense of harmony and closeness and promote education objects to accept the integration of ideological and political education.At the National Ideological and Political Work Conference held in the end of 2016,General Secretary Xi Jinping proposed to "enhance the affinity and pertinence of ideological and political education to meet the needs and expectations of student growth and development" to enhance the affinity and pertinence of ideological and political theory courses,which is the fundamental follow-up in a new period to all ideological and political work including strengthening and improving the ideological and political theory course.The essay insisting on the guidance of Marxism combs the theory of ideological and political work of classical writers such as Marx and Engels and Lenin,and the main leaders of the Communist Party of China,and makes a theoretical analysis of the reasons why ideological and political education has affinity and how to enhance affinity,as the theoretical foundation to further study the affinity of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.The study holds that the affinity of ideological and political education is the essential requirement of the CPC's ideological and political work.Proposing the proposition of enhancing affinity is the re-recognition of the essence of the ideological and political education as well as the inevitable pursuit of the innovation and development of the ideological and political education.The thesis studies the basic theory of affinity of ideological and political education.The study shows that the generation of affinity of the ideological and political education is the result of the cognitive process being fully realized,the emotional emotions being actively mobilized and accepting the need to be met.The affinity of ideological and political education has the characteristics of emotional emotion,permeability,instability and diffusibility,and has the functions of promoting cognition,adjusting the tension and evaluating the effect.From the elements,it consists of six parts:educational target affinity,educator affinity,educational content affinity,educational method affinity,educational environment affinity and affinity chain.From the structural level,it covers four levels:the identity of education target,the attractiveness of educational content,the harmonious sense of educational activities,and the attainment sense of educational results.The research shows that independence and integrity,simultaneity and versatility,multiplication and digestion are the characteristics of the affinity of ideological and political education in operation.In a relatively complete system,the operation of affinity of ideological and political education includes five major links of stimulating,transmitting,integrating,regulating and subliming of the affinity.The thesis uses the empirical method to investigate the status quo of affinity of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.The survey found that college students affirmed that the main channel has affinity but looked forward to an overall increase,and identified the effectiveness of the main position but looked forward to more humane.They recognized the educational environment has a certain affinity but looked forward to enhancing the permeability,and affirmed the initial formation of joint awareness,but looked forward to comprehensive.The analysis shows that the practical rationality first in the external system of ideological and political education has caused people's deviation from the need of ideological and political education.The lack of abstract thinking made the general public fear the theory of Marxism,and the bad trend of society severely interfered with learning and shaping the mainstream value.In the internal system of ideological and political education,uniform teaching objectives affect the degree of identity,and the lack of development of educational content reduces the attractiveness.The old education methods obscure the sense of the times.The lack of quality of educator weakens the classroom charm.Disconnection between theory education and practice dilutes passion for participation.The collaborative education mechanism is fragile and the integrated education force is insecure.According to the systematic theory,the dissertation explores how to construct the affinity of ideological and political education.In the overall construction,we should adhere to five principles:the people-oriented,coordinated education,advancing with the times,the Internet thinking,inheritance and reference.In the affinity construction of Education objectives,we should uphold the principle of unity of comprehensiveness and portion,hierarchy and continuity,reality and development.In specific strategies,we should focus on guiding students to inosculate personal goals and social goals organically,integrate all kinds of specific goals inside and outside the school,and make the sub-time operational education target system.In the construction of main affinity of ideological and political education,we must adhere to the principle of subjectivity,comprehensiveness and development to enhance the emotional attractiveness of the main body of education,promote the theoretical literacy of educators,increase the charm of education imparting and enhance the charm of education personality.In the affinity construction of ideological and political education content,we should adhere to the principle of dominant,the principle of development,the principle of life,the principle of emotion,and the specific strategy is to persist the authenticity of education content,pay attention to the times of the educational content,heavily develop culture of education content,and increase the fun of education content.The theory of method affinity construction proposed to adhere to the principle of appropriateness,the times,integration,artistic of the method.In the construction strategy,we should enhance the fun of the method,the rational use of modern technology,and effectively enhance the sense of participation of the education object.The theory of construction of environment affinity of ideological and political education puts forward the principle of harmony,ideological and co-construction.In specific strategies,we should strengthen school spirit to promote campus environment optimization,people-oriented to create a humanistic environment,the use of modern information technology to build a rich and colorful virtual environment,and attach great importance to ideological and political education context construction.Establishing the mechanism for safeguarding the affinity of ideological and political education needs materialism,system and personnel protection,and strengthens the support of theoretical research.
