A Study On The Affinity Of Ideological And Political Education In Universities

In 2016,President Xi Jinping pointed out at the National Ideological and Political Work Conference that we should insist on promoting the affinity and specificity of ideological and political education.Facing complex and open social environment at home and abroad,president Xi Jinping's speech has pointed out a new directions and tasks for ideological and political education in the new era.Enhancement of the affinity is the essential requirement of the principle that ideological and political education should change with circumstances,advance in time,innovate accroding to the situation,it's also the realistic need of the all-round development of student's ideological and moral literacy.At present,our country's ideological and political education still lack of affinity seriously.This not only reflects the educator's understanding of the ideological and political education's affinity still need to be deepen,and also reflects the deficiency of theoretical research.Therefore aiming at the existing problems and current situation of ideological and political education,insisting on promoting theoretical research to deeply develop,exploring a practical path to improve its affinity effectively,has became a new issue which urgent needed to be studied and solved by educators.This thesis starts from the concept,try to define the ideological and political education as an education practice which guided by Marxist theory,cultivating students to be builders and successors of socialism with the idea,political views and moral rule that conform to essential requirement of Chinese characteristics socialism.Highlight the ideological and political education's characteristics of Marxism from the concept,expounding the theoretical basis,main content and final objectives.Based on the definition,analysis how the educational content,objectives,educator,method and activity impact the affinity.Put forward effective countermeasure on how to promote the affinity of ideological and political education.This thesis is based on concept analysis method,comprehensive use document analysis method,comparative analysis method to deeply analysis the affinity of ideological and political education.The main body of the thesis includes three parts.The first part is the definition and exposition of the related concepts.Through combing and summarizing the current scholars' definitions of the concept of ideological and political education,expounding and analysing this thesis' s understanding of the concept of ideological and political education.And discussing the essential connotation of the affinity,distinguishing it from infectivity and attraction.On this basis,putting forward the definition of the ideological and political education's affinity: a emotional power which encouraging students' learning initiative by meeting the needs of the students' physical and mental development.The second part of the thesis mainly discusses the factors that affecting the affinity of ideological and political education.Discussing the influence of educational objectives,educational contents,educators,educational methods,educational activities and other factors on the affinity of ideological and political education.The concrete manifestation is the guiding role of educational objectives,educational contents can meet the needs of students,educators have a good comprehensive quality,scientific educational method,valuable and meaningful educational activities.The third part of the thesis basing on the factors that influence the affinity of ideological and political education,putting forward the the countermeasures and suggestions on how to improving its affinity in practice.It mainly includes improving the attractiveness of educational content by enhance it's sense of time,quality of life and the pertinence,improving the guiding function of the educational objectives,enhancing the comprehensive quality of educator,enhancing the pertinence of educational methods and improving the diversity of educational activities.Studying the affinity of ideological and political education is the fundamental requirement to implement the spirit of president Xi Jinping's important instructions.It's conducive to enriching the theoretical connotation.It provides reference for improving the affinity in practice,and promotes the all-round development of students' ideological and moral accomplishment in colleges and universities in China.
