Compared with natural science,there are many problems in humanities and social sciences in colleges and universities,such as limited development,weak foundation,imperfect research system and weak attention.As an important measure of discipline development,team innovation performance provides a direction for the development of disciplines in colleges and universities.It is of great theoretical and practical significance to explore the innovation performance of humanities and social sciences scientific research teams in colleges and universities to promote the development of disciplines.This research takes the humanities and social sciences scientific research team as the research object and follows the logic main line of “Literature reviewidentification of influencing factors-evaluation-static analysis-dynamic simulation-promotion strategy”.First of all,through interviews and survey to obtain the relevant data of the innovation performance of humanities and social sciences scientific research team,through three-level coding to determine the impact factors of the innovation performance of humanities and social sciences scientific research team.Then,based on the influencing factors,this paper constructs the evaluation index system of the humanities and social sciences scientific research team,and evaluates the innovation performance of the humanities and social sciences scientific research team by combining the entropy weight and TOPSIS method,and points out the importance of flexible human resources.Then,based on self-determination theory and dynamic capability theory,this paper constructs a conceptual model of the impact process of flexible human resource management on the innovation performance of humanities and social sciences scientific research team,the results were verified by SEM.In addition,the system dynamics of the impact of flexible human resource management on the innovation performance of humanities and social sciences scientific research team was analyzed by dynamic simulation.Finally,based on the above analysis of the innovation performance of humanities and social sciences scientific research team of the promotion strategy.The main work done is as follows:(1)Identify the factors that influence the innovation performance of humanities and social sciences scientific research team.Through the interview and coding,the paper obtains the related data of the innovation performance of humanities and social sciences scientific research team,and obtains the influencing factors of the innovation performance of the humanities and social sciences scientific research team by the grounded analysis.(2)The evaluation model of the innovation performance of humanities and social sciences scientific research team is constructed.Based on the analysis of literature and influencing factors,this paper constructs the evaluation index system of the innovation performance of humanities and social sciences scientific research team,and determines the weight of evaluation index by combining entropy weight and TOPSIS method,a comprehensive evaluation model of innovation performance of humanities and social sciences scientific research team is established.(3)The paper constructs a static model of the relationship between flexible human resource management and the innovation performance of humanities and social sciences scientific research team.Based on the self-determination theory and dynamic capability theory,this paper constructs a SEM model of the relationship between flexible human resource management and the innovation performance of humanities and social sciences scientific research team.(4)A system dynamics model of flexible human resource management and innovation performance of humanities and social sciences scientific research team was constructed.This paper constructs an evolutionary model of innovation performance of humanities and social sciences scientific research team,initializes the model and simulates it.(5)Put forward the strategy of improving the innovation performance of humanities and social sciences scientific research team.Based on the coordination-flexibility human resource management and resource-flexibility human resource management,based on the relationship between the flexible human resource management and innovation performance of humanities and social sciences scientific research team,this paper puts forward some strategies for improving the innovation performance of humanities and social sciences scientific research team.
