With the rapid development of economy and society,more and more women have participated in economic construction and social development.The advent of the new economic era,especially the rapid development of the Internet era,has provided a broader development platform for women.Female leaders can be seen in various fields,and even some positions where traditionally dominated by men.General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out: "In the process of the Chinese people's pursuit of a better life,every woman has the opportunity to make her life come true and realize her dreams." The new era calls for new actions,and also should show more respect and attention to women.The new era should also be "her era".From an innovation perspective,in the face of changing internal and external environments,organizations are constantly exploring how to innovate and how to improve innovation performance in order to ensure their core competitiveness.In the final analysis,enterprise innovation depends on employees.The improvement of employee innovation performance has a significant role in promoting the overall development of the organization.The positive impact of leadership traits on corporate development and employee innovation performance has also gradually attracted attention.In this context,this article focus on female leadership,studies the relationship between the traits of female leadership and employee innovation performance,using knowledge sharing as an intermediary variable.On the basis of a comprehensive analysis of a large number of literatures,the connotation and measurement dimensions of female leadership traits,employee innovation performance and knowledge sharing suitable for this research are proposed.Build theoretical research model based on flexible leadership theory and leadership style theory,feminist care ethics theory.Propose four types of hypotheses by sorting out the relationships among these three variables.Empirical analysis methods include descriptive statistical analysis,reliability and validity analysis,correlation analysis,structural equation model,and intermediary utility test in order to analyze the following five aspects:(1)The rationality of the questionnaire design;(2)Research on the relationship between female leadership traits and knowledge sharing;(3)Research on the relationship between female leadership traits and employee innovation performance;(4)Research on the relationship between knowledge sharing and employee innovation performance;(5)Intermediary role of knowledge sharing in female leadership traits and employee innovation performance.The conclusions obtained in this study:(1)Female leadership traits help employees to actively share knowledge;(2)Female leadership traits help employees to improve innovation performance;(3)Female leadership traits in terms of employee innovation performance,knowledge sharing plays a good intermediary role.The main contributions of this research include:(1)Broadening the research object,extending from the level of female executives to female leaders in management;(2)Constructing a research scale,after supplementing the previous scales,the research developed a scale suitable for this study;(3)Put forward a model of the mediating role of female leadership traits in employee innovation performance,knowledge sharing,and demonstrated it with an empirical analysis method.
