Earthquake is a terrible disaster. Since disaster relief has great impact on the safety of life and property, relevant researches and studies are of practical significance. Nowadays a great achievements have been made in evacuation, material allocation, optimal path selection, statistical study and some another fields on disaster relief. However, as a cooperative process, the characters and mechanisms of Search & Rescue (SAR) have not been studied comprehensively. Since the Random Walk has been widely used in many field, this paper introduces Levy Flight in the study of SAR, establishes a SAR model based on cooperation and tries to explore the effects of some factors existed in disaster relief to SAR performance. The summaries and innovation points of this paper are as follows:1 Introducing Levy Flight in search strategy, simplifying some factors existed in SAR, establishing a basic SAR model with the consideration of cooperation and information collecting. Then, scrutinizing how the target density, cooperative rules as well as information collecting take effects on SAR respectively. The results show as follows:â‘ the target density has greatly impact on SAR performance;â‘¡information brought from survivors will help rescue team implore nearby region;â‘¢the aimlessness will be alleviated by information got from multiple ways in time.2 Modifying the current model based on the limitation of initial SAR materials, considering & combining the survival rate with the demand of SAR materials and then carefully scrutinizing the SAR performance as the scale of rescue team change from the perspective of search effects and the number of people they saved. Results show as follows:â‘ this model are liable to simulate the self-rescue;â‘¡transport time has greatly impact on SAR performance;â‘¢increasing the number of rescue teams will improve the efficiency of SAR;â‘£the performance of first-day-SAR is of vital importance.
