With the development of modernizing technology and world economy, the requirement of meso-scale and micro-scale weather forecasting is growing. The weather forecast and the data processing technique also alter from day to day. To satisfy and adapt the growing requirement of the weather forecast service, it is essential to describe the meso-scale and micro-scale weather phenomenon observational data. The observation data from automatic meteorological stations is the base values of the weather forecast and the climate prediction, and the accuracy has direct impact on the quality of weather forecast and the climate prediction. Weather situation is observed from superficial characteristics, because of factors such as instability of instrument and human negligence, it is regular that exist deviation between the observation data and actual weather condition.With the development of the society economy, the demand of observed data accuracy is increased by the public and meteorological service, so database audit is needed in each process. With the increase of extreme climatic phenomenon, turn up huge amount of doubted observed data which is difficult to make decision and revise in real time, so the doubted observed data have to feedback to the observed stations to confirm, then the decision software need to feedback without delay. On the other hand, in our country, the deal with doubted data stay at the initial state in manpower surveillance and telephone notice, this is difficult to adapt the demand of timeliness accuracy of meteorological data.This paper demonstrates how to develop the real-time alert system based on doubted data in Jiangxi Province's automatic meteorological stations, real time handle the doubtful data from city, building up the rapid feedback process by province, cities and counties automatic stations, in order to play the function of grass-root stations to control the quality of data, improving the validity and reliability of automatic stations real time observed data. On the analytical basis on the systematic computer art of relevance, we develops the real-time warning system of doubtful and error data to automatic meteorological stations, and takes the initiative of computer desktop warning and mobile phone short message warning to the country observation stations and its city observation stations where appeared doubtful and error data; It also provides the observation data under the same time and the same factor of all the weather stations within±0.2 degrees of coordinates of latitude and longitude to the stations where appeared doubtful and error data, and marks them on the administrative map for revise and reference;The users receives process and revising the doubtful and error data from the country observation stations and its city observation stations, and feedback the information in real time.Since the system was test run, Jiangxi Province's meteorological department has totally found 10,605 error data and 5,693 doubtful data through the immediate processing feedback system of doubtful and error data of automatic meteorological stations. They also handled the doubtful data in real time, and improved the Validity and reliability of automatic stations real time observation data.
