| With the rapid development of economy,the living standard of Chinese people has been improving significantly,and there is also a higher demand for food safety.In this background,the development of cold chain logistics in China has been effectively pushed forward,with infinite potential.However,despite the rapid development of China’s cold chain transportation,the expansion of the international market capacity and the continuous improvement of the growth rate,it is undeniable that there are still some differences between China,Europe,the United States,Japan and other countries in the technical level of frozen food,and there is a very broad space for business process optimization and improvement.But there is no doubt that there are still some differences between China and Europe,Japan and other countries in cold chain logistics and distribution technologyand there is a wide space for business process optimization and improvement.In terms of cold chain transportation of fresh agricultural products,optimizing the business process of cold chain transportation of fresh agricultural products in all links can not only ensure the arrival quality of fresh agricultural products,but also improve customer satisfaction.Now,how to reduce the customer complaint rate and improve the company’s business level by optimizing the business process of fresh and cold chain logistics has become a problem that affects the company’s core competitiveness and needs to be solved urgently.Company T made a return visit to all customers who served in 2021 about their satisfaction with the company’s services,but their satisfaction with the company’s services was not satisfactory.So in order to solve the problem of how to improve customer satisfaction of T company,according to the research situation of cold chain logistics of fresh produce at home and abroad,cold chain logistics,sigma methodology and work process and all these,this thesis analyzes the problems of T Company’s current cold chain business process of fresh agricultural products.First of all,this thesis discusses the competitiveness of domestic fresh agricultural products and the development of cold chain logistics and gave full play to sigma and work process optimization.Secondly,it elaborates the basic requirements of T company and its cold chain distribution business process.Thirdly,the DMAIC technology in the Six Sigma model is used to make a detailed study of the working process of the cold chain distribution of T company’s fresh goodsconvert customer needs into business process quality factors,and then find out the key factors that affect the business process.On this basis,the optimization scheme is designed and solidified into a set of effective control strategies.Finally,after the implementation and improvement of the frozen food logistics business process,we evaluated the effectiveness of the improvement,indicating that the use of Six Sigma DMAIC for the implementation and improvement of the frozen agricultural product business process can improve the safety assurance of the arrival quality of fresh food and significantly improve customer satisfaction.At the same time,the effectiveness of Six Sigma management is also reflected in the process of optimizing the cold chain logistics business process of T company’s fresh agricultural products.With the help of the business process improvement of T Company,this thesis hopes to give some enlightenment to small and micro enterprises that are also in the bottleneck period of development,find their own business vulnerabilities as soon as possible,and successfully walk out of the bottleneck period of development. |
