The Study Of Manufacturing Enterprise Distribution Mode Selection Model

Since the beginning of the 21 century, the manufacturing enterprises in our country have began to attach great importance to the construction of Logistics, as one of the key parts in Logistics, distribution has got the eyes of these enterprises. Some large enterprises have built their own distribution centers, and third-part distribution mode has been applied too. Many researchers searched for the distribution modes that fit our country and the enterprises, someone has achieved success. In front of so many distribution modes, how to select the most appropriate one was an important problem that is faced by manufacturing enterprises.Firstly, this paper introduced the basic knowledge about logistics and distribution first, then summarized the experience in distribution mode of the developed countries, the achievement and deficiencies in the process of Chinese distribution development in the last ten years, and by contrasting, summarized the experience of the developed countries that could be referred to. Then presented four kinds of distribution modes, and explained each mode's operation process, characteristic, the advantage and disadvantage, and detailedly compared them in the aspects of stability, risk, information technologies. Based on theories and practice, established a model to help selecting distribution mode, This was the main part of this paper, the paper first analyzed the factors that influenced the decision of the manufacturing enterprises, and founded the selection model on distribution mode in the manufacturing enterprises, then introduced some past decision-making methods, and pointed out the disadvantage of them, presented multi-level grey evaluation to help make decision, finally, it gave an example to prove the feasibility and validity of the method.This paper used the methods of scoring by specialists, as well as analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to build the model, and used the grey evaluation to help making decision.
