Research On Evolutionary Game Of Cold Chain Logistics Outsourcing Of Fresh Food Enterprises

The rapid economic development and the continuous improvement of the quality of life have made consumers have high standards for product quality,especially fresh products.Fresh products have the characteristics of perishability,timeliness,and perishability,and have to go through many processes such as loading,unloading,transportation and distribution before being transported to the destination.In the circulation process,the quality and freshness of fresh products are the main factors affecting the level of logistics services of enterprises.Fresh food companies have limited resources and cannot provide more funds or technology for maintaining a high degree of freshness of their products.Therefore,more and more companies choose the cold chain logistics outsourcing model,and part or all of their business is outsourced to professional logistics companies.It concentrates high-quality resources of the enterprise to develop its core business.In this context,this article uses evolutionary game theory to study the cooperative management of fresh food enterprises and third-party logistics enterprises.This paper constructs an evolutionary game model of cold chain logistics outsourcing for fresh-food enterprises with operational risks.It analyzes the dynamic evolution process of cooperation strategies between enterprises,and find the important factors influencing the formation of a good and close partnership between the two parties.With the help of Matlab software,the theoretical results are verified by numerical simulations.This paper constructs an evolutionary game model of cold chain logistics outsourcing of fresh-food enterprises considering the investment of fresh-keeping efforts.The evolutionary stable point between enterprises is found and the parameter analysis is jperformed.The introduction of contractual constraints and policy subsidies were introduced to regulate and control the "free-riding" behavior in the cooperation process.The system stability strategy and equilibrium point stability are verified and analyzed by Matlab.Due to the difficulty of cold chain logistics transportation process and the complexity of operating environment,professional logistics companies have received more and more attention from fresh food companies.Fresh food enterprises face many opportunities and challenges.The model proposed in this article can help companies better formulate cooperation plans.Logistics cost investment and operating risk loss have been minimized,and the quality of fresh products and customer service satisfaction have been improved.It can achieve a win-win situation for fresh food companies and third-party logistics companies,and contribute to the improvement of its own and overall income.
