Research Based On Engineering Philosophy For General Layout Design And Method

China is in the rise of industrial construction period in recently, the general layout designer is one of the most important designers in engineering construction. Engineering philosophy has an important significance to construction. Research based on engineering philosophy of general layout design and method has the important and practical significance.Firstly, the paper introduces the important significance of engineering philosophy to construction.
