The issues of roadway pressure control related to the sustainability and stable development of deep mining coal is one of the important scientific problems. Belt dip roadway of D 6 is low strength and swell soft-rock in No.11 PingDingShan Mine. Roadway rock has deformed largely and flowed strongly for the stress is large and the lithology of surrounding rock is week. Normal bolt and yieldable arch support are difficult to reach the stability control of roadway surrounding rock. Calculation and analysis stability of surrounding rock effect of first and second supporting show that second supporting is to change the role of rock load capacity compared to its relationship suffered. Use FLAC3D numerical simulation checked the pros and cons of degree of three kinds of section and their corresponding six kinds of support program. Analyze the surrounding rock deformation damage of original support program. Contrasted and researched the other four kinds of support program based on the original support program. Combined the Mechanical calculation analysis. Selected U-shape rigid support program for industrial test. The deformation monitoring curve of restored roadway show that the support program use large rigidity and high strength U-shape all closed rigid metal support meet the requirements of support rigidity and strength to roadway. The research in this article is the guide to restoration the deep mine damaged roadway. The research result will further improve the control principle of roadway surrounding rock in deep mine.
