Allusion to today's industrial apply already accumulated experience and conventional design method, design in high-speed, heavy working conditions and other special gear reducer. Since the deformation of gear meshing, gear shaft resonance, deformation support system, processing errors and other factors bearing contact of gear accuracy, the distribution of contact stress, vibration noise.Based on the ANSYS software and the PRO / E software ,on of the various parts of the gear reducer parametric modeling,use finite element technology the various components of the gear carry on simulated by the analysis.Main content as follows:1)Does the outline of fem technique, this paper introduces the development history of the finite element, development trend, basic ideas and general-purpose analysis software。Make us to the finite element technique have more deep understanding and mastery。Then introduces excellent finite element analysis software ANSYS.2) According as the gear meshing theory, while the study of the involute cylindrical gear tooth profile the basis of the principle of ,through PRO/E software and on gear was parameterized modeling. Meanwhile finishing gears reduction gear each part of the 3d modeling method of study.3) In three-dimensional gear contact analysis time, Due to differentiate grid quality stand or fall is finite element analysis of the key , in order to avoid formation morbid stiffness matrix,therefore on gear three-dimensional entity model mapping meshing method divided evenly grid, forming gear finite element model. Then complete gear contact each parameter setting, calculated by ANSYS software solution, and analysis of the results.4) For the output axis adopts the static analysis and modal analysis. Find out the output axis only by radial force under the action of displacement and shape of static analysis. Then through the modal analysis get output axis of frequency and vibration model, analyzes whether it is to produce resonance, ask out of output axis limit rotational speed and working speed compare.
