In this dissertation, the driving design and failure analysis of point-line meshing gearin coal mine machinery were systematically investigated. On the basis of gear drivingfailure analysis, the meshing theory, meshing curve, contact stress, and failure mechanismof the point-line meshing gear were dissertationed, and the distinction with other gearswere described; Further in-depth dissertation on transmission principle, size calculation,strength calculation, finite element analysis and failure analysis of the point-line meshinggear were carried out. Finally the calculation design and intensity examination of coalmine used JSDB-15double-speed winch wire meshing gear reducer point part werecompleted successfully, and comparison with the involute gear in the same transmissionconditions were explored.Four points were focused in this dissertation. Firstly, by means of repeated calculationand verification on selected load coefficient, the calculation design and intensityexamination were carried out, and it is the first time that realized application of point-linemeshing gear transmission on coal mine machinery; Secondly, By the method of3D finiteelement analysis, the bending stress, load distribution of point-line meshing gear, wereinvestigated; Thirdly, the strength, service life, wear, noise, transmission efficiency andother performance indicators in actual use conditions of coal mine machinery were tested,the failure mode and mechanism of coal mine machinery point-line meshing gear in theprocess of actual use were investigated, and possible failure prevention measures wereprovided. Finally to17Cr2Ni2Mo material microstructure analysis, provide guidance forheat treatment process.The dissertation can promote the actual use of point-line meshinggear in coal mine machinery and provides a meaningful theoretical and practical referencefor coal mine machinery point-line meshing gear design and failure analysis.
