Mineral resources make great contributions to human survival,economic development and social development.But at the same time,exploitation of mineral resources also bring a series of negative effects to the surrounding environment of the mining area,resulting in a serious ecological environmental problems.On mastering the status of mine geological environment,we assess the quality of geologic environment to provide the scientific basis for government departments to carry out the work of mine geological environment recovery,exploite and utilize mineral resources rationally.It has important theoretical and practical value.This paper takes Yunnan Province Anning phosphate area as the study area.In the first,I collect relevant information,including geographic data,mining data,geological data,to master study area profiles,the distribution of mineral resources,mining and other environmental conditions;followed by the help of RS and GIS technology, based on remote sensing satellite SPOT-5 images and ARCGIS platform to interpret exploitation and utilization of mineral resources and the current situation of mining environmental, understanding mining geology environmental problems caused by mine development thoroughly which is the destruction of the landscape topography, land pressure accounted,the destruction of vegetation resources and more developed mining geological disasters,and using GPS technology to test and verify interpretation of remote sensing information to improve interpretation accuracy of indoor and ensure the reliability of interpreting;finally based on interpretation information to evaluate the quality of geological environment.First work of geological environment quality assessment is to determine a reasonable evaluation unit; Secondly, I select indexes from the regional geological setting, mine exploited, mine geology disaster such as topography,vegetation coverage, the average annual rainfall,regional importance,the main development method,the main mining minerals,mining intensity,extraction point density, geological disasters, geological disaster risks, building evaluation index system, delimiting target levels. At last I use AHP to determine weights of evaluation indexes,with the weighted index score of evaluation factor model and ARCGIS platform to obtained geological environment quality four partitions such as superior,generally,relatively poor, poor. Finally,according to the quality of geological environment and the existing partition mine geological environment problem,we can give the recommendations and strategies to improve the quality of mine geological environment, achieving the practical purpose of evaluation results.It can be seen from the results of this study,3S integration technology has offered the seientific means for the environmental investigation and monitoring that caused by exploiting the mine,this way will have saved a large amount of man power and materials.3S technology combined with AHP can carry on environment evaluation dependably and seientifieally.
