"Zhicheng" New Technology Research Based On Digital Emulational Colored Silk Method

Garments are the end product of the textile in the industry, which lie the top of the deepprocessing of production chain. The fabric is one of the three elements of the garmentconstitution, so the effective integration of fabric and clothing has been an important issue ofconcern to the designers. Therefore, this paper clothing-oriented and jacquard fabric positionedas the key link to the Digital Emulational Colored Silk Method for color silk core technology,proposed the"Zhicheng"new techonlogical methods which combines clothing pattern designand marker-making ,fabric patterns and process design , poditioning jacquard weaving andgarment making as a whole. Aimed at surrounding the requirements of costume design, throughdesign and production of a specific personalized, high artistic value-added silk cheongsam,focused on discussing the principle, method and characteristics of "Zhicheng" new technology.And through the design, production, and practices try to explore a new way of advanced customapparel from fabrics design to manufacture closely integrated.In this paper, the study focused on the following aspects: first, through the analysis of theconcepts and techniques of traditional "zhicheng",explored new technology principle for the"zhicheng" based on the concept of new technical "woven into "; Secondly, the study focuses onthe "woven into " new technological methods and processes while treat silk cheongsam as thespecific object, which is: Garment Design - Apparel CAD Marker Map - fabric pattern design -fabric pattern position design - forming "zhicheng" patterns - digital weaving technology basedon the formation of fabric - garment sample making; of these," the formation of fabric weavingtechnology based on the digital " The link includes: according to the Digital Emulational ColoredSilk Technique, color space mixing principle and structure of principle,the establishment ofsimulation color silk fabrics chromatography organizational model for the"zhicheng" silk dressfabric, innovative design, thus richer the color of fabric layers, to achieve "emulation" of theaesthetic effects; Finally, according to the results of the planned practice, the author expect newinspiration on the basis of further analyze and summarize the meaning and characteristics of the new technologies of "zhicheng".The research proved that for Digital Emulational Colored Silk Technique,the useof"Zhicheng"new technology can integrate fabric design and fashion design closely bypersonalized, high value-added positioning jacquard-woven fabrics, the high-efficiencyproduction mode of small quantity and variety is formulated to satisfy the market demand ofdiversifying and personalization, especially, it had a certain reference value for high-levelcustomization of personalization clothing.
