Research On The Standard Of Coal Mine Enterprise Safety Culture Construction

Coal is China's primary energy and it is also the important basis of the national economy and social development. At present, the rapid development of economy has put forward higher requirements for the coal industry,and the coal resources has great influences on the development of economy. However, the coal industry is the most serious casualties in China, more frequently, more casualties, and bringing huge economic losses.The reasons for causing frequent accidents in coal mines are various, complicated geological condition, kinds of disaster types, backwardness in technology, problems in management and so on. All of that makes the coal mine accidents occurred, but not the leading reason. In order to analyze and the direct reason which occurred, seeking measures to against it, this article first has carried on the analysis to the domestic and foreign related research, discovered the problems existing in the research. Then, analyzed the on the base of the analysis of the status quo of China's coal mine safety in production and economic losses caused by accidents. The analysis revealed, unsafe behavior is the leading reason, and regulating the behavior need sound safety culture, but there is not a unified and sound coal mine enterprises safety culture standard in our country until now.In order to solve the frequent accidents, the standard of coal mine enterprises safety culture has been designed in the last part, which formed by coal mine enterprise safety culture concept identification system, coal mine safety culture behavior identification system, coal mine enterprise safety culture visual identification system and coal mine enterprise safety culture acoustic identification system. Attempts to regulate and guide managers and workers' behaviors in coal mine by coal mine enterprise safety culture, thereby reducing coal mine accidents.
