This thesis researches a new method of surface modeling for typical machine accessory complex blade. The method is as follow: blade surface modeling is realized by using the third generation developed tool ObjectARX offered by AutoCAD R14, and coordinate points on the blade surface, which presents coordinate data to creating of three- dimensional graphics and realization of simulation, are abstracted according to the given arc length. After researching the OpenGL, a 3D blade graphics is created. Subtract of Boolean operation improved and dynamic simulation of numerical control milling process realized.
