A Study On Safety Management For Enterprises In Transition

This thesis has chosen the design and establishment of safety control system for enterprises which are under type change as the object of analysis and study in the hope of providing a train of thought to answer said question. Structurally, the whole thesis is divided into three parts, separately described as follows; In Part 1, this thesis has defined the concepts used in this thesis ;briefly described the important position and function of safety control in modem enterprise management; put forward the theory of type-change to be designed and established in this thesis, which is taken as the basic analysis frame of this thesis In Part2,this thesis has analyzed the actual problems that our country?s present type-change enterprises are faced with in safety control and the new challenges they will face with the development of the social economy. In Part3 ,this thesis has first analyzed some enterprises?present strategy of reform in safety control, pointed out their achievements and deficiency, based on which, proved its feasibility, and advanced the basic contents to be specifically implemented and the relevant suggestions. The analysis of the issue of enterprise?safety control and challenge in this thesis is of a certain theoretical depth.
