It realizes the offline programming and controls of no-punched tape, helps to cut short the supplementary cutting time and improves the efficiency of to program and machine tools and realizes the separation and seamlessconnection of program and manufacture.The software part of the DNC interface includes basic information management system of NC tool, multiple serial port communication and management, the auto-create module of NC program and simulation of cutter working situation. The software system has many advantages such as: friendly interface, easy to use and transmit, etc. So it can be used not only in manufacturing factory, but also in teaching and training of the NC machine tools and certainly has the good prospect of application and high utility value.
