The thesis is focused on the development of a lost-cost multi-parameter measuring device for the online measurement of the bearing, we redesigned the measurement system on the base of the former experience. This equipment can measure the diameter parameter based on the national standards. In the development of the device, Design of the mechanical system, hardware, and control software is accomplished.This thesis is composed of six chapters as follows:In chapter 1, the source and the background of the research task are presented. And the automatic measuring technology is introduced. At last, the character of modern design ways on precise equipment is introduced briefly.in chapter 2, the national standards on the bearing diameter tolerant is introduced, and the measuring methods for the system is also given.The chapter 3 is focused on the system design. This chapter includes two parts: the mechanical system design and the control system design, we consider much about the way to fix the bearing well and truly, as well as how to reduce influence of the mechanical error, we introduce the mechanical system and the selection of the control parts in details, at last, the working flow for the whole system is given.The chapter 4 is focused on the software design, the structure of the software is given, selection of the developing platform and database is discussed, and software design is introduced at last.The chapter 5 analyzes the source of the error, it's characteristic, and methods to reduce or remove many types of errors. According to error theory, methods to reduce all kinds of errors to enhance the measuring precision are introduced.In Chapter 6, we compare the former system with current system briefly, work in the development is summarized and the future research work is looked ahead.
