Study On The Best Extraction Condition And Purification Method Of Arabinogalactan From Larix

Arabinogalactan is a soluble polysaccharide. This polysaccharide occurs widely in many plants and bacteria species .It is found in significant quantities in the trees of the genus Larix, particularly in the lower portion of Larix occidentalis Nuttall (western larch). In the past, arabinnogalactan gums is used as food additive .Now it's medical effect attracts more and more peoples' attention. Medicine which main ingredient is arabinogalactan comes to the world since 1990s.But there is no study on medical arabinogalactan in our country. In this paper, it discusses the best extraction condition of arabinogalactan. Then the cure extract is refined by several ways, give the best purification method.
