With the upsurge of anti-smoking action, it is urgent to develop low-tar cigarette. To decrease the smoking effect to human being health, the production of low-tar cigarette have become a development tendency of cigarette enterprise both domestic and abroad ,In the study, we process ree filament and leaves by way of the method of Oxidation and Tachy-coldness to reduce the content of tar and nicotine of cigarette and gain a significant result To seek the best result, we adopt the difference disposal time and the H2O2 dose during the study. The result shows that the best disposal time is 8 hours and H2O2 concentration is 0.15% in reducing the content of tar and nicotine of cigarette by way of H2O2 Oxidation, while the best disposal time 2 hours and H2O2 concentration 0.06% in processing ree leaves only by way of H2O2 Simultaneously it can decrease TPM continuing cooling by way of H2O2 Oxidation. The result shows that the optimum temperature is below zero 30C in reducing TPM. Meanwhile it functions in improving the quality of cigareete.lt provides a safe way for tobacco corporation to produce cigarette which is not only to satisfy the people need to tobacco but also to alleviate the harm to people by way of the method of Oxidation and Tachy-coldness to reduce the content of tar and nicotine of cigarette.lt is certain to bring both the highly economic returns and the extensive social effects.
