Research On Allicin Extraction And Its Product Of Reduce Lipoidemia

Allicin is an important functional ingredient of Garlic and the active ingredient can apply widely to the food and medicine.For the sake of exploiting Garlic and its functional food better,allicin extraction was carried out in my study,then sifted the optimum allicin formulas,in the mean time, study on the reduce lipoidemia function of the optimum allicin formulas and gave its toxicological assessment.In the experiment of allicin extraction,the result showed that the yield of slice up pre-extracting was the lowest 0.274% and that of lyophilization pre-extracting was the highest 0.396% through comparing three pre-extracting methods. Then allicin was extracted by Supercritical carbon dioxide extraction By the single factor and orthogonal experiment design and analysis, the optimum parameter of extracting was:temperature 35℃,time of extraction 3h,pressure 15Mpa, CO₂ rate 241/h and its yield was 0.439%,so the yield raise 15.53% compare with result of document.The reduce lipoidemia function of six kinds of allicin, Ginkgo Biloba Extract,tocopherol and their compound product was studied and sifted firstly in this study by detecting content of total cholesterol. The optimum formulas was No.3 compound allicin formulas.Considering the effect of reduce lipoidemia inthis formulas,allicin was more obviously than others.To study comprehensivly the reduce lipoidemia function of No.3 compound allicin formulas through its effects on content of TC> TGn LDL-C and HDL-C in mice with hyperlipoidemia.The results were as follows: No.3 compound allicin formulas can obviously prevent from raising content of TG^ TC-. LDL-C and reducing of the HDL-C level,so we can know that it can prevent from hyperlipoidemia in mice.In the mean time, No.3 compound allicin formulas can obviously prevent reduce content of TG% TC^ LDL-C and raise content of HDL-C ,so it can treat hyperlipoidemia in mice. At last, No.3 compound allicin formulas also can lower AI evidently in mice with hyperlipoidemia,in the meantime.The results show No.3 compound allicin formulas is efficacious for lowering lipoidemia and antiatherosclerosis.The oral acute toxicity and Ames tests of No.3 compound allicin formulas were carried out according to Procedures For Toxicological Assessment of Food. The result of the oral acute toxicity tests show that LD50 of No.3 compound allicin formulas in mice were more than 10g/kgbw.It is one kind of nonpoisonous substance according to the grading dose standard of acute toxicity.All the result of Ames tests were negative by the tests of histidine auxotroph strain:TA^ TAioo> TA102.
