This paper reviewed the ion exchange theory and developmental situation of its application techniques. According to the principle of low consumption, low pollution and high yield, the technique theory of transforming of the currency resin and its application were discussed. The technology of purifying water and preparation of the flocculant or its correlative production were composed of an integrated cleaning yield system. Changing the disadvantage of traditional ion exchange water disposal technology which was high consumption and low yield. "Green water disposal technology" was realized by the project of many kinds of production in the system.Firstly the preparation method of aluminum-type strong acid cation exchange resin and the desalinization technological process of the mixed bed of the aluminum-type resin and the strong base anion exchange resin were studied, discussing the particular desalinization mechanism of the mixed bed. Confirming the best proportion to anion and cation resin in the mixed bed and testing its desalinization effect. The ratio of EDTA quantity in the anion and cation exchange resins is 1:1, when EDTA having penetrated through the mixed bed.It indicated that the aluminum-type cation exchange resin can protect the anion exchange resin from being polluted. The desalinization technological process of the mixed bed of the aluminum-type weak acid cation exchange resin and the weak base anion exchange resin was elementarily discussedThis paper studied the regeneration process of the aluminum-type resin and introduced the influence of the conditions including concentration, pH value and reuse of regeneration solution on resin transforming rate. Holding up a few kinds of utilizing project of regeneration solution and the"cleaning production" conceives of the aluminum-type mixed bed.
