The Research On Dust-preventing Technological In Open-pit Road

This thesis studied dust-preventing technique in open-pit road. The thesis overview suppress the technique of road dust-raising in the domestic and international development present. Discussed to research to manufacture to suppress the import meaning of dust-depressor. Discovery early the mechanism of road-raising. By indexing a lot of domestic and information and patents, referring some of successful experiences on researching the depressor-dust of advanced countries in mining, and combining these with the conditions in our open-pit, the adding absorbing water and holding water ingredients ways were used during the research of dust-depressor. By raw and processed material optimum seeking and directions for producing the dust-depressor, a series of directions for producing dust-depressor of effective constituent were gotten from the results of analogue experiments in the laboratory. Four large-scale site tests were carried out in a pen-pit in china. The technological indexes have been improved on dust-preventing capability, period of validity of dust-controlling, truck slide-preventing capabil ity etc. According to both study in laboratory and site tests, the MPS dust-depressor is effective Tor dust-preventing, and can reduce the dust-raising quantity by over 95%. The valid period of dust-depressed can be 10?0 days. Its technological indexes are better, and it can be popularized widely, and has good economical and social benefits. Meanwhile, the paper analyzes the some existing problems, put forward researching aims.
