The article discusses the principle and method that establish coal bed geological model and construct geological information database by computer in details,and analyzes the character of every traditional estimate-value methods and the basic principle thdt is chosen in the process of estimate-value .With curved surface spline function and neural network,the basic principle of estimating value was submitted .According to the condition of Majata Pit Coal Mine,1 establish the two dimension web geological information database that includes the picture function and establish the geological information management system that can real-time update,extract information and easy to operate .
