Study On Impact Of Petrochemical Industry Pollution On Environmental Quality Of Quangang District

Quangang District is a newly developed petrochemical industry center. The main objective of this research is to study the impact of petrochemical industry pollution on the environmental quality of Quangang District and put forward the countermeasures. This article firstly carried out the theoretical study of the worsening mechanism of district environmental quality. Based on the polluting and the purifying process, the article puts forward a hypothesis on "stress-strength-invalidation" of district environment system as a key to quest the problem further. Regarding pollution as an invalidation form of the district environment system, this article systemically analyzes the basic patterns of reason. From study, the writer found that the dynamic inconsistency between the polluting burthen and the purifying ability of district environment system is the main reason of district environmental quality worsening. The methods to control the district environmental quality are to reduce the polluting burthen and increase the purifying ability.Based on the theoretical study, this article investigates the component, the releasing amount and the releasing methods of the gas, the liquid and the solid pollutants of petrochemical industry in Quangang District. Then it analyses the reason why the pollutants occur and studies the characteristic of the pollutants how they harm the district environmental quality. The article sets up a fuzzy pattern-recognition model and applies to air quality and seawater quality assessment on Quangang District. After that, it analyses the reason why the district environmental quality could descend by comparing with the datum of the releasing amount of the pollutant, the purifying ability and the industrial development level.The article points out that petrochemical industry in the Quangang District should march on a "green" path. With the guidance of the theories on industrial ecology, this article firstly studies the character, the principle and the approach of the green industrial ecosystem. On this basis, the article points out the countermeasures to set up the green industrial ecosystem in the Quangang District. On the micro level, it is important to make the enterprise "green" and on the mini level, it is important to develop the environmental protection industry. Similarly, on the macro level, it is important to set up the petrochemical Eco-Industrial Park. Furthermore, it is important to develop bioremediation project in order to strengthen the purifying ability of the district environment system.
