Mechanical transmission need satisfy the requirement of high speed, heavy duty, low noise and longevity of service. Now, gear drive is still the major form of mechanical transmission .The quality of gear machined directly affects the quality of mechanical transmission. Now, the hard teeth profile and the around 350 HB hard teeth profile of overall quench and thermal refining have nearly replaced the soft teeth profile which is lower than 300 HB. It is one of the major tasks to study on the machining method of hard teeth profile gear with high efficiency and high precision for mechanical manufacturing industry .The study on the method of machining hard teeth profile gear of honing instead of grinding and honing mechanism has the meaning of important reality. Thispaper introduces design principle of honing.It is complex in the design of gear cutting tool such as honer. Normally, it need a lot of formula iteration calculations. It need additionally draw it after a lot of iteration calculations if we want to get drawing used in machining. It can raise design speed and reduce fussy formula calculation with CAD. It can only complete calculation with certain kind of programming language. To achieve the functions of calculation and drawing in the presence of the Microsoft Foundation Class and AutoCAD. This paper make use of the inheritance attribute of C plus and plus class and universal drawing platform of AutoCAD. Three-dimensional substance model can directly reflect the feature of object. It has actual meaning for some project analysis such as finite element analysis, numerical control processing etc. This paper also studies on three-dimensional solid model of honer.The major problem of honer in manufacturing process lies in binding force and equal height of super hard material CBN. Now, the major technology was adopted is electroplate law in domestic and foreign country. Some experts also attempt to solve the technology by the high temperature braze welding with the laser.This paper strengthens cohesion with electroplate law.It makes cohesion of super hard material and composite deposite reach metallurgical combination from mechanical combination by choosing reasonable electroplating technological parameter and thermal diffusion. Electroplating technological parameter includes factors of ampere density, temperature, PH value, stir, negative and positive pole. The maximum influencing factor is ampere density. Via plenty of experiments, this paper has gotten reasonable technology parameter and reached the purpose of strengthening cohesion.
