Injection molding machine is a main equipment of the injection molding. The technical parameters of the injection molding machine have close relation with plastics nature and injection molding technology. Injection molding machine being improved and developed day by day necessarily improves injection molding technology. In this paper, dynamic imitation and simulation of injection molding machine working process such as closed-mold, injection, holding pressure and plastification process have been done on the basis of research of Injection molding machine form, working process and molding technology. According to the requirement of each working process of the injection molding machine to the electro-hydraulic proportional control system, basing on analyzing and researching the working principle of the electro-hydraulic proportional control system for the each of process of injection molding machine, the mathematic model of the equivalent load for the closed-mold phase, the pressure of the mold cavity and the losing pressure for the injection phase, the load of controlling pressure for the holding pressure phase, the power load of the hydraulic motor for the plastification phase and the electro-hydraulic control system for each of working process have been built. This paper adopts Matlab6.0 as simulating platform and makes use of Simulink toolbox as simulating tool to do the simulation of electro-hydraulic proportional control system and its load model. It researches the properties of the discharge and the pressure of electro-hydraulic proportional control system. It studies the parameter of injection molding machine working process too.
