Number Control System Software Design Under The Windows Operating System And Open Number Control System Research

Number control machine tool takes an important place in the national economy development. PCNC (Personal Computer Number Control) based on the IPC(Industrial Personal Compuetr) and ONC(Open Number Control system) based on the normal operation system are an important developmental direction of now. It is very important that the research of open number control system based on the industry personal computer with high precision and universal operation system, which can promote the development of manufacturing and bring along another industrial development.The paper integrates the characteristic Windows9x, the characteristic virtual device drive and the characteristic number control system. It analyses several important questions of tapping the number control system and realizing the open number control system under the Windows9X circumstance, which are the number control system software structure, the choice and check of the high precision timer under the Windows9X operation system, the virtual device driver appliance of the number control system software, and the open number control software implement based on the COM. It puts forward the frame of reference that adopts the COM and the VxD to construct the open number control system appoint to the characteristic of implement of the software in the circumstance of Windows9X. It also analyzes the characteristic of COM and the characteristic of number control system, and appoints the feasibility of realizing the open number control system, and also has good persistence development.
