The development of embedded has brought deep influence to industry controlled field. The main research of this thesis is the real-time control of CNC system based on Windows CE interrupt architecture. At first I summarize the history, current situation and development trend of numerical control technology, analysed the technical level and the developing direction of the present numerical control system and stated the direction for study considering the national natural science funds-"the Man-Machine-Cooperative workshop digital manufacture mode-the study of the digital assistant of workshop and palm based on mobile communication '" . Then according to the characteristics of the systematic developing platform of numerical control, this thesis introduces the application of Dos, Windows and the embedded operating system in numerical control one by one, and also their own advantages and disadvantages. Thus this thesis explains why Windows CE chosen to make the developing platform further.The thesis introduces the reason of the appearance of Windows CE and its characteristics in detail, proves its advantages in the numerical control field and introduces the developing instruments and procedures of the numerical control system based on Window CE. According to the analysis of the software structure of the traditional numerical control system, the thesis introduces the software structure of the numerical control system based on Windows CE in detail. According to the systematic real-time character of numerical control, the thesis analyses the mechanism of the process, thread and dispatcher of Windows CE in detail, states its satisfaction to the real-time character of numerical control systematic while achieving many tasks of the numerical control system, and further introduces the achievement of the cutting-off real-time control from the mechanism of the cutting-off real-time control of Windows CE. Finally the thesis pays attention to the definition and function of the equipment driver procedure, sums up the characteristics of the equipment driver procedure of Windows CE, and analyses the code structure of Windows CE equipment driver procedure.
