| With the rapid development of nc technology, nc machine tools are more and more used in our country, the training and virtual nc machine tool development work is becoming more and more important.Research and development of virtual nc machining system, which is very suitable for China’s national conditions, it is of great social significance and economic value. In this paper, according to the demand of nc machining in the education training, design and develop a virtual factory system, and put the teaching idea of "working process systematization" throughout the entire system, has obtained the good application effect.This article first introduces the background of this study meaning and the current nc machining and virtual factory and other related research status at home and abroad, then expounds the more detail the main development of numerical control processing virtual factory system technology, system analysis and design and function realization and test situation, finally this research work is summarized and the subsequent development prospects.Numerical control processing virtual factory mainly based on OSG graphics engine, software development tools and Visual Studio.NET Studio.NET dynamic web development technology for development, and the use of SQL Server 2005 database software for database construction. Numerical control processing virtual factory in general by the virtual factory environment, production activities, and most of the information management system, after analyzing the functional requirements, design the virtual environment, human resources and production activities of the three main function modules.
