With the development of industry, the increasing of population, the improvement of demos life level and the high-speed development of international trade in the near future, the scarcity of water resource is getting from bad to worse. Nowadays the main problem of China sewage treatment plant is too weightiness of finance burden, difficult to raise investment, long building period; Facing the austere situation of sewage treatment and huge pressure of investment, so the technology concerning low power consumption but high capability of sewage treatment is urgent needed.According to the requirement for the water treatment center of southwest and technology university, we choose the LIER-POOLK sewage treatment technology that unify the SBR, Oxidation ditch, UNITANK and carry through the design for it. The center can treat university's waste water effectively and have such characteristic as few area, low investment, low power consumption, low cost, which is fit for medium and mini type city especially western of China.The center have the function for teaching, experiment, researching, practice for graduate student and provide plenty condition to research for them.The center try for building a sample engineering that unify the teaching, researching, experiment and sewage treatment.
