With the computer technique and the theories of RIM developing, the computer aided engineering (CAE) of RIM, namely the technique of computer imitation also becomes to be the front search field, which blends much branch of learning, such as the subjects of high-molecular molding, the subject of transmit heat, the method of number calculation, the subject of computer graph and so on. By using the technique of computer imitation, we can optimize the technology of RIM and the design of the mould, so to save the expense of test, and to shorten the period of designing of molding tooling. This thesis makes use of the MOLDFLOW software to imitate the forming of one instrument of super B, and get the verification by experiments by the technology of under vacuum condition. The RIM technology under vacuum condition can blend the technology of the rapid forming and silicon mold forming together, getting high-quantity product fast and convenient. But the equipments expense of this method is high, and because of the limit of the size of equipments, which only get small size product. This thesis also makes use of the limited cent method to write a program by myself, which is used to imitate solidifying and cooling of the product of RIM. By calculating, we can know that, the density of catalyst, the original temperature of material and molding tool can influence the biggest temperature and the time of solidifying of material, which is more serious to thin wall of ware, because of slow process relate of heat. The original temperature of material influences reaction process obviously. The high original temperature of material causes the quick reaction speed and putting off heat, therefore causes the biggest temperature of material, especially under the case of low temperature of mold. Under the case of high temperature of mold, quick reaction causes lower the biggest temperature of material, which is because the rise of the temperature of material is caused by the high reaction heat, but the heat from the mold wall is small. In the case of the slow reaction ,the rise of the temperature of material includes the heat coming fromthe mold wall, so there is higher the biggest temperature. Moreover, the minimum reaction degree point is moved towards inside with the rise of the temperature of mold or the reaction speed nearby the wall of the molding tool.
