| For all the purifying devices, Electrostatic Precipitator (E·P) is an important practical significance for protecting the people's health, improving the environment, satisfying the need of national standard about the draining dust to adapt the effective method to clear the dust. As an effective device, E·P becomes more and more important.At present, there are some differences about the E·P technology in comparison with the foreign advanced technology, scientific research power is correspondingly unsubstantial and dispersed, scientific research resort get behind , and database has not shaped completely. At the same time, some aspects, such as manage system; experimentation research, design and manufacture can't work in phase and effectively. In order to improve the status, we should spread the advanced design work.E·P has a hugeness volume and complex structure, as well as the conventional design is that proofreads and computes the structures which are simplified via mechanics of materials . Therefore, base parameters and safety factors are chosen larger than they are rational value, the size of components are blindly confirmed, which result in consuming a lot of materials and going up the cost. Although E·P is designed in terms of users' requests as a order form, the design can be completed from original plans which are shaped by analogy to using modern theories to fulfilling design because the similar whole structures and systems.The article makes use of the mechanics of materials by analyzing and computing the stresses, distortion, intension and so on, which is accomplished the original structural design of 296m2 E·P on the basis of the basic configuration of 180m2 E·P. Then, it computes and analyzes the original model by applying the three-dimension finite elements method in order to get stress-diagram and displacement-diagram. It is the next step that to find the reasons for not dissatisfying the intensity by means of intensity theory and that to perfect the plan by utilized the theory of stress-centralized and the thoughts of structural majorization of solutions. Finally, it gets the ultimate blue prints that not only meet users' need but also lighten the weight as much as possible. In addition, in order to solves the difficulties that enhancing the design efficiency and speeding the design course, it describes the parameterized design that means to research parameters which are used and on the basis of which the software is developed to fast design E·P.Firstly, the paper completes the design and FEM analyses of 296m2 E·P and structural optimize by using the fundamental theory of E·P as well as digitalization design. Secondly, it researches the concrete methods and thoughts of parameters design according to the design features of E·P. Finally, an E·P parameterized design supported by WINDOWS System has been initially developed. The application indicates that the method presented in this paper is effective in E·P design and failsafe on results and safe in running it; Moreover, it is right that to confirm all parameters. The design methods and thoughts of E·P in this paper have prominent significances and important value. |
