The deep hole processing difficulty and the big workload, has become the key process ofmachining. With the progress of science and technology, the upgrading of products veryfrequently, for deep hole machining quality, machining efficiency and tool life are putforward higher requirements. As a result, the new technology of deep hole machining andnew structure become one of the focuses.In this paper, BTA drill as the research object forstructure design and research.In this paper,we studied the BTA deep hole drilling principle, designing the structure fordiameter of30mm to50mm drill and studying a bit of each parts material, discussed themechanical model of drilling and orientation, then established3d model of drill by Pro/Esoftware. Secondly, through the finite element software of BTA drill has carried on thestructure analysis and simulation, the maximum displacement deformation of the position inthe process of drilling. Combined with the experiment and related equipment to observe theblade abrasion of processing. Using the software of BTA deep hole drilling modal analysis,the formula to calculate the natural frequency, modal analysis by its inherent frequency of thefirst ten order modes cloud image, weaken the frequency of the effective measures are putforward. In addition, determined the size of the article to guide the optimization of the bestsolutions. Finally, through the Solidworks2010three-dimensional modeling softwareplatform, using Visual Basic6.0programming language and visualization user interfacedesign developed the BTA deep hole drilling and parametric modeling system, three bladeBTA deep hole drilling for parametric design.we can get2d engineering drawing and3dmodel diagram, for more convenient to get the required model provides foundation.
